NCCMEDIA.ORG - Life is better with jesus around

The bar of stupidity has just been set higher, thanks to a new advertisement on television that unfortunately began airing in my local area this month. The organization is nccmedia.org which stands for the combined churches of blah blah wherever. They state that their mission is to spread the word of Jesus using all aspects of the media. Their mission is actually to show us what a whining blubbering pack of nancies they are by means of singing stupid songs based at a preschool level.

Their first add was a song that went "God loves you so much, not just a little but a lot." While outraged and dumbfounded I managed to iron out the dint in my tv from where I kicked it over and get on with my life. I thought, ok God loves you, but what the F*ck did he know anyway. (buy the shirt.)

The 2nd ad was horrifying. Titled "Life is better with Jesus around." That part repeated itself Interjected by the lyrics "Clap to the right and step to the shimmy shimmy" whatever that means I'm sure it's needlessly ridiculous.

Apart from the fact it was the most homosexual thing I'd ever seen, it didn't even make sense.

I put it to you, that Jesus ISN'T around.. and secondly life was DEFINATELY NOT better when he actually WAS around. Lets tackle those issues separately.

Jesus isn't around.

When was the last time you saw Jesus live on tv... selling Bibles or whatever? When is the last time you saw him at the corner store buying his milk, bread and 24 pack of "rough rider" condoms? You might say he's here in spirit, floating around much like some divine vaginal expulsion of gas .. that sits well with me but I still think it's horse shit.

Lets think about what it was like when Jesus WAS around.

Jesus chilled in Nazareth, a shithole peasant town between two proper towns with money. People were messed up by huge taxes, and there were probably no cigars or alcohol. When JC was around people lived in fear, christians were persecuted and Romans used to feed Christians to Lions for shits and giggles. Oh, that made it sound good for non christians, but it's the Christians that are claiming shit is better with JC around so it still works... you were fed to lions for entertainment.
Jesus lovers had to meet in secret as they could be put to death for failing to worship the authority.

There were wars everywhere you looked, slaves, poverty, sickness, death and starvation. So that's a pretty convincing argument that life is better with Jesus around... Jesus had his bucket kicked for the exact reason! ... that things sucked while he was around, before and after.

Nccmedia disagree's. They also like to feature helpless children in their commercials. kids that aren't smart enough yet to realize they're being brainwashed with choices their parents made and have no right to choose for THEM.

Jesus was quite possibly a cool guy and he said some enlightening things, but christians are as enlightened as barrel of crude oil in the bladder of an ox. Nccmedia are such people. They are a registered charity collecting money to piss people like me off... if ever I saw a Chimera in disguise, they are it. Christianity and $$$$ seem to go hand in hand, but their secret agenda is another story.

Nccmedia have obviously made tv ads about a Religion, an ideology, a preference/choice. So that got me thinking. Is there a law to stop me putting an ad on tv asking us to embrace the beauty of Satan? To worship the masterful underlord and spread the word of the Prince of Darkness?

If there is, then so much for freedom of speech... one day I will do it I swear.

So in closing I'd like to say to nccmedia.org, if you want to get jiggy with JC then fine. If you want to get your rocks off with Jesus then great. But shut the hell up about it, if people want to embrace god then let them find their own way instead of picking on the weak and vulnerable people. The kind of helpless people that find a bunch of idiots dancing around on tv look appealing. Stop making this garbage and go about your contradictory belief system from the comfort of those extravagant churches you have on every 2nd corner. Amen.
